There is free street parking in front of the building. It is also accessible through public transportation. There are no stairs to enter the building or the office itself.

Can I use my health insurance?
Myofascial Release is a form of Physical Therapy and covered by your health insurance accordingly.
What insurance policies do you accept?
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, and an out-of network provider for other insurance carriers. I also accept Medicare.
What if I don't have insurance?
Many patients pay for their services on a self-pay basis. Please
contact me for details.
Do I need a prescription?
If your therapy will be covered by insurance you'll need to obtain a prescription for Physical Therapy from your medical doctor, osteopath or dentist. Feel free to
ask me for help with this.
Patients paying for services out of pocket only need a diagnosis. This could be in the form of verbal, electronic or written communication from your doctor or dentist, a copy of a chart note or a prescription.
